Boxser Diversity Initiative is proud to wish their past and present program partners Ladee Hubbard, Dr. Timothy Patrick McCarthy, and Judge Charles E. Williams warm congratulations on their achievements during this first week of December 2021.

Ladee Hubbard is an internationally known writer. Boxser Diversity Initiative partnered with Lockdown LitFest in 2020, where Ms. Hubbard was interviewed. She was also a speaker on the panel The Language of Racism and Intolerance which Boxser Diversity Initiative hosted. Congratulations, Ladee.

Dr. Timothy Patrick McCarthy, with whom Boxser Diversity Initiative offered a program titled The Rights of All: LGBTQ and Women’s Suffrage at Florida Studio Theatre in January 2020, hosted a one-of-a-kind talk at Emerson Colonial Theatre in Boston yesterday, with renowned author and comedian Fran Lebowtiz. Timothy Patrick McCarthy is an award-winning scholar, teacher, and activist. At the Harvard Graduate School of Education, he is Core Faculty, and at the Harvard Kennedy School, he is Faculty Affiliate at the Center for Public Leadership and Carr Center for Human Rights Policy. Congratulations, Timothy.

The Honorable Judge Charles E. Williams was featured in Sarasota Magazine yesterday, December 2nd as the well known and well respected local non profit Embracing Our Differences appointed the Judge as chair of its Board of Directors. We are grateful to have Judge Williams on the board of directors for Boxser Diversity Initiative as well. Judge Charles E.
